We were stranded in Topeka when the engine in our car failed on the Kansas Turnpike. We had it towed to Laird Noller Ford. Chad was very helpful in explaining what went wrong with our car and the cost to repair it. It took a couple of weeks but the car is running great.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The website was most helpful; the salesman was knowledgeable and very personable. Management and finance were only helpful. Everything could not have been better.
