I would give a 0 star if possible, bought a 2018 BMW 530i here, and was told by the sales person that it will come with 2 keys, and it has a battery malfunction that I had to bring it into a local BMW on my own when I get the car because she said she doesn't have parts for it. After I paid for the car in full and have the car delivered all the way to California, it only came with 1 key. I called the sales person right away, she said she's no longer with the company and wanted me to call their used car manager Bob Stockton to request for it (Took me a week to have them reply), but he told me nothing on the contract said they owe me a 2nd key, so he wants me to pay for it, bunch of liars there. Well, lesson learned for me, make sure if the sales person say they going to get you something, it is on the contract you sign, also, never deal with this Jackie Cooper anymore, very horrible experience.

Initial visit to dealership was pleasant as I spoke with different salesmen to acquire information on vehicle purchase. Unsure of decision on purchase I gave deposit to hold until return. Dealership then called offering to deliver vehicle as I live 2 hours away. Still very accommodating they negotiated on price and delivered vehicle the next day. This is where customer service stopped… I did NOT receive a second key for vehicle as promised even after multiple requests. A simple copy of the contract for purchase fell to the same fate. Phone calls for assistance were not returned. I would NOT return to this dealership again.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales and Finance staff. Clear and concise purchasing experience. Provided pertinent information about the car that I may not have thought to ask at the time. Provided technical assistance with systems start up at the time of purchase. Very pleasant purchase of a solid, weld built vehicle.

Bought my 2nd & last MINI from this dealer and Traci my Motoring Advisor who is now in Internet sales still knows everything she did when I bought my 2nd MINI!! I don't think this lady could ever disappoint me with buying a car!!

I have purchased 6 Mini's and the last 5 Traci Sellers sold me. I love my Mini's and Traci makes it easy to do. She even helps me out after the sale if I have any questions or who I would need to see for any add ons ect. She is a real person and makes you feel like your a friend is how much she cares about you being happy with getting the right new car for you! I have always left with my new car knowing she got me the best deal and with all my questions answered even the ones I didn't know to ask. After my first purchase from Jackie Cooper BMW MINI in Edmond I Knew I would not ever go anywhere else!! It was that nice of an experience:)

I bought my Mini Cooper Countryman from Traci Sellers at Jackie Cooper. Traci was very nice, easy to work with, and she had extensive knowledge of the vehicle. It was refreshing to have a salesperson that was not pressuring me to buy a car. She wanted to make sure my entire Jackie Cooper experience was a great one. I would definitely purchase another car from Traci and Jackie Cooper!
