We are from South Carolina and our run flat rear tire failed on the Ohio Turnpike. We were in a panic as we were heading to our Grandson’s college football game on Saturday in East Lansing Michigan. We called the dealer and the team sprung into action. They were waiting for us when we arrived in the Tow truck. Even though it was just before closing time on a Friday, they had our tire switched and our SUV ready in 45 minutes. What great service and an awesome team. Every team member came and talked to us in the waiting area making sure we were OK. That included the parts department, service manager and office staff. Buy your BMW from this crew!!
Efficient honest professional Would liked to have had the convertible lift mechanism repaired Just not for $6000.00
