Lance was very informative about all of my service options as this was my first service appointment of my new car. I like this dealership too
Great service. The personnel were great and mechanics did a great job! We were kept informed by Lyndsey of progress on repair. This was greatly appreciated.

Lance Cushman took care of my service issues. He was very easy to work with and made everything great. I was pressed for time but also had a brake fluid flush suggested for my CRV. I expressed my being pressed for time but he said he would get them right on it and I had a new battery installed, oil change and brake fluid flush done in the time that I needed. Lance is a person that makes you want to come back to the dealership for service and that would steer me towards buying a Honda from Diehl again when the time comes. You should do your best to keep him.

Duane was very attentive to what I was looking for. No hurry up and answered my questions thoroughly. Sales Mgr got me a deal on the truck I wanted couldn't pass up. Both Bob and Duane listened to understand me and what I wanted. They were great. Got to finance. Rodney was nice. But was in a hurry to get me to sign everything. There was a full warranty in the contract. Did I want one? Did he ask me? Yes. Did he ask me? No. In the process of hurry up signing I learned via Ups letter title clerk Toi lost some very important form. I felt rushed by Rodney. He kept overtalking..me. Then Toi title clerk losing document. Very inconvenient. So my rating for them is 0 to 1. My Attorney looked over everything Good. That said Rodney may know his job well. But it pays to slow down.
