Love my Camry xse 2025. Pickup is fantastic! You'd never know it was a 4 cylinder hybrid. And, it is super cool in Ocean Gem color. This is the sport version and it is my dream car. All of this was made possible by my salespeople, Robert Ferstyl, and the LHM toyota team. Very friendly, no pressure, they worked hard to get me the only Camry I wanted and a deal to match. Best Toyota dealer in NM ... and I've tried to work with a few others. See Robert!!! You won't be disappointed!

Got service done and Serenity was the best! Helped and educated us on what and why it needs to be done!

TLDR: I am not going places with Toyota nor am I feeling the love from Subaru. Dropped my car off 3 weeks ago and still waiting to get it back after owning for 8 days. Also, my down payment was never applied to my loan so make sure you really really look at every single line of your documents and don't let the finance team fast talk you! Five stars for the sales team. 0 stars for Finance, Accounting, and Service. What a rollercoaster ride this has been! I purchased a Subaru here on June 18th, 2025 after looking at both the Subaru I went with and a RAV4. The Subaru just offered slightly more features for a similar price point. I decided to go with the windshield protection after having success with that in the past. Before the coating could be applied, the windshield needed to be replaced. Up to this point, 5 star customer service. After taking my car to two different windshield places and the Eyesight system failing to recalibrate, it was recommended that we take the car directly to Subaru. In my excitement of having a new-to-me Subaru, I subscribed to MySubaru which allows me to track my vehicle's status and location. After sitting at Garcia Subaru for an entire week of no movement at all, they finally looked at it on the following Monday. Up to this point, I would say the employees at Larry H. Miller have been great. But here is where the one star review starts. The service representative for Larry H. Miller Toyota never approved the repairs at Subaru and when I called Toyota, they said they were waiting on the windshield from Subaru. Both car dealerships were waiting on each other and had I not called Subaru before calling Toyota, who knows how long it would have sat there. I read from some Reddit reviews that Subaru does not prioritize service customers who did not buy their car from Subaru to incentivize people to buy cars from them, which I kind of get, but I DID buy a car from Larry H. Miller Toyota so I am a bit confused as to why I am not a priority for them. Also during this time I went over everything we signed with a fine tooth comb and realized our down payment had never even been applied to our loan and was offered to be refunded to my credit card used to put the down payment down in the first place. The credit card was already paid off as I was not expecting to encounter any issues, and this should never have been an issue if Finance AND Accounting were doing their jobs. At the time of this review, my car is still sitting in limbo at Garcia Subaru as Toyota claims they are again waiting on them. I have not had the chance to check in with Garcia Subaru again as this really isn't my job. If it weren't for the MySubaru app I would have literally NO idea what is going on with my car as nobody from Toyota's service department has ever called to check in or update me with status reports as I was told they would. In the meantime I do have a rental from Toyota which I am grateful for and lucky to have as this was not even guaranteed, but this has been literally 3 weeks of no news unless I call and ask for it from the one and only person who seems to answer or return calls, which is the sales guy we worked with, Sebastian. I get that things take time but 3 weeks to just be waiting for 2 dealerships to talk to each other seems like a really long time, especially when I only had the car for 8 days before it went to its new home, the Garcia Subaru parking lot. I have also had to cancel a vacation over this so as of right now I am not going places with Toyota and I am not feeling the love from Subaru.

Had a great experience leasing my first brand new car. I now have less than 13000 miles in my car. Took my car in on Monday because the air conditioning was blowing hot air. They added coolant and that helped for a day. I was told that there was metal shavings and the whole air conditioning system needed replaced. Was promised a call back within 48 hours. Never received the call. I called back on Wednesday for an update… did not hear anything. So I called again on Friday and my service tech was busy. Received a text back…. This is Gino with a quick update. the case is still with the engineers, they normally respond in the early afternoon, i will call you when I have more info.Still no call. I live in New Mexico and spend most of my workday in my car. I have only used my air conditioner in the car for less than 3 months and it already needs replaced. While I was waiting in the dealership for 4 hours on that Monday I asked the service person if I could cancel my lease and get something different he said to call the sales department . They were willing to help me purchase a new car of course, but wanted me to negative equity and put me in a basic Camry for $700 a month. They offered no rental while I waited to here back. Worst experience ever!

I bought my 24 tundra from this dealership and I’ve been taking it here since. I always work with Andy Vigil and he has taken care of me the entire time that I’ve worked with him. I will continue to take my truck to this dealership as they provide amazing service. Thank you, Toyota and thank you, Andy.

Everything went good until I found out that they put the wrong paper in my window as temporary registration. They don’t return calls promptly
