Dawlton reached out quickly following our internet inquiry on a vehicle and scheduled a visit to the dealership with us. It was quite nice the vehicle we were looking for was on site. Dawlton was very welcoming and provided the detailed information we needed on the vehicle when we were on site. We appreciated being allowed to test drive alone and that he provided his personal contact information as he welcomed any calls we would have after we closed the deal. He also followed up within a couple days after the sale to see how we liked the vehicle or if we had any questions. Our calls to the Service Department were greeted favorably as well by Rusty and he was able to squeeze us in soon for the window tinting that was part of our offer. The surprise cookies were nice too! We would recommend Dawlton, your Service Department and the dealership to others. Only bummer is that we wish we lived closer to the dealership in case we needed service work but drive from Arvada to Greeley is so far. Thanks much!

I came in for an Oil change a have my Tire checked for a screw inbedded in it and flush out my radiator. They noticed my transmission hadden been changed. Also the tire couldn"t be fixed.He came and showed me two tire brands two choose from , which I was ok with the Cooper tires. note: there was a hand smudge between the driver side of windows and a finger bandage left in front seat.

Dealership was clean inside and out. Employees were friendly and helpful. The transactions were completed in acceptable time for auto deliveries. I recommend this group to anyone needing a vehicle.
