What Others Say

I went here in March of 2009 to drive a 2002 M5. It looked beautiful and sounded like a million bucks. The salesguy rode with me, and only allowed me to drive around the block making right turns. This is an M5, I wasn't even allowed to get it above 40mph! When we got back, I was still very interested. I was up front and honest with them in telling them I wanted to check it out and talk to my wife. I know, every buyer says that, but I had cash in hand. He walked away to grab a camera so he could send her some pictures which was very nice. While he was gone I looked more closely and there were several imperfections that indicated that the vehicle had been in an accident. He denied it, but it seemed off to me. I asked for the carfax he said he had on it. He handed it to me on the way out the door. I asked to check on something (was going to compare VIN) but he said they were already opened after their normal hours and he'd be happy to call and/or email. It just didn't feel right. $22k for an M5 with 64k miles was a good deal I thought, but my gut said something was wrong so I didn't get it. Looking at these posts I'm glad I went with my gut.

I hate dealerships and the games they play. Not so with Luxury Motors. The negotiations was quick and transparent. I purchased a low miles BMW 528i for a great deal and could not have been happier with the process. The service was quite impressive and the passion and pride they have in their business was something I had never seen from a Car Dealership in the past. I am hooked on Luxury Motors and will be going back for my car needs in the future. Alejandro Bethlen.

between my family, my brther and friends, we bought 12cars in the last 3 years all from Al Abbas. we kept coming back for many reasons the most imprtant one no pressure an the best value in the country. I will go back there for my future purchases, and recommend it to anyone looking for no pressure, good value, and friendly service.NK

I honestly wouldn't buy a car any where else. Amazing price, great service, great people. My sales team have always gone out of their way to help me get the car I want at the price that's right for me. Their follow up after sales have been great, I've had nothing but great buying experiences from them, and I should know, this is my 5th car to purchase from them.

I just purchaed an FX35 from these guys. Before I purchased the car, I took the car to an Infiniti dealer for a buyer's check. I paid for the check, which was $125. They found several maintenance items such has brakes, and tires, engine air filter, and cabin air filter that needed to be changed. I used that as a leverage to negotiate a price on the vehicle. I was also missing a wheel cap and the navigation DVD, and they signed a "we owe you" slip and it was promptly mailed to me within two weeks of my purchase. Overall, I think the experience was not bad at all. My salesperson Jay, and the sales manager Noah were very friendly about the whole negotiation process. I also worked with Chad regarding the paperwork, and he was very friendly. I also met Rick the other day when I went in for some paperwork, and he was joking around with me as well. I think I would definitely go back and purchase another car from this dealership. I think since the dealership is under a different management structure, it seems like they are doing pretty well. I think they have a bad rep from the past, but I think they have seriously revamped their attitude and customer service. The only word of advice I have working with these guys is that do your research before going in to buy a car. Thats what I did, and I think I got a great deal out of it.

I purchased an RX 400 from the LuxuryMotors, by O'hare recently. this is my first car from this dealership, and my experience has been great. The staff is friendly, the paperwork was in order and the whole process was smooth. Best of all, the price for the car was great, after doing the research online and visited the local dealers, their price was $1500.00 less than any other car (with similar mileage/options). they pulled a carfax report for me without me asking. These guys know their stuff, I would definitely buy again from this dealership.
