Jody was professional and explained what was needed and what was done to the car during service. Good experience overall.
Westborough Toyota performed the warranty work on my Highlander as required by the recent recall notice. The car was ready on time. Service Tech was very helpful.
All associates were extremely pleasant to work with.. it was a nice cohesive experience. Anthony especially was easy to work with - a very pleasant demeanor. JD was so entertaining and definitely knows “ his stuff”. Mr Tonelli as always is exceptional in his ability in bringing it altogether for the client. Shout out to Mason for his sweet and accommodating personality.

Routine maintenance performed two months later than scheduled because service advisor said car had not been driven enough miles, thus avoiding work being done unnecessarily. Additional work during my appointment had to be done when rodent damage was discovered; current advisor provided tips about how I could try to prevent future damage. Time and cost of service was reasonable. Also, I made use of courtesy shuttle service. All services done to my satisfaction.
