Steve Pfeil took the time to explain to me exactly what had to be done to replace my rear view mirror, which had fallen off the windshield and actually had a technician demonstrate. Since I was due (overdue, probably) for an oil change, I arranged to have both jobs, the mirror and the oil) completed the very next day. When I dropped the car off, I asked that a third unrelated task (replacing a driver's door switch that had lost its' substandard VW "soft-touch" coating) also be undertaken. Steve and the Neftin service techs took this extra work in stride and still delivered my Touareg that same afternoon, as originally promised.

Came out of curiosity with no intent on making a purchase, I told the salesman that up front and he said that was no problem. He showed me some of the cars and asked if I would like to test drive. He handed over the keys to a brand new V50 despite my being a young driver and said go for it. I've never been on a test drive where the dealer didn't want to come with, but he said that's just what they do. It was great not to feel pressured during the drive. When I got back there was no pressure to buy anything either. I didn't make a purchase but thanks to the service I got I'll seriously consider going to them when I'm in the market for my next car.
