CRIMINALS!!! I purchased a used BMW from them about 6 months ago, left $1,000 deposit down on my card and came in a week later to pay for half of the car and finance the rest. They charged me the full amount and said that they would charge the $1,000 back to my card. A week later it was not done so I called. They appoligized and said that the manager said he would do it and that they would fix it. This happened about 10 more times- me always calling them- they never calling me back- promising me it will get done and refusing to let me speak to the manager. Finally I had to leave for military duty for 6 weeks and just called my CC company to dispute the charges. When I got home from duty the charges were still there and the CC company said that Horse Power auto showed them my signiture and said it was a legal transation!! I still keep calling them and they never call back, play dumb, etc. I started looking at my paperwork more closely and they never deducted money from my trade-in either, when I pointed out that the stereo wasnt working they said it was and it was my mistake and I believed them- but now I took it to a Kenwood dealer and they said it is broken. I spoke with a lawyer and she said I can take them to small claims court and win but it will suck up my time and money. I feel so cheated and used. I dont know what to do except write this so it wont happen to anyone else.

These people are scammers to the fullest. They will lie, overcharge. If you even think about going there you better bring a tape recorder and a lawyer. These people are theives and they should be shut down and thrown in prison. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

AFTER GIVING ME A PRICE FOR THE CAR, THEY ADDED THEIR OWN WARRANTEE WHICH I NEVER AGREED TO PURCHASE, ALL THESE EXTRA FEES AND TRIED TO HIDE A LOT OF INFO FROM ME. THE CARS IS SITTING IN MY DRIVWAY RIGHT NOW STILL WITHOUT PLATES. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS W/ THEM. IF ANYTHING SHUT THEM DOWN!!! THEY ARE DEFINATELY THE SCAM ARTISTS OF THE YEAR. THEY GOT ME! DONT LET THEM GET YOU! IT'LL BE THE WORSE MISTAKE YOU'VE EVER MADE, TRUST ME! Horsepower two old guys and their sons con muslim con artists i spent a fortune fixing a car that was supposed to be covered by their warranty.That was my hard earned money man i coudnt sell it without fixing it because the engine died all of sudden and i'd loose even more money i am still paying for all thosse expenses sinnce i put it on my crdit card.i was supposed to get parts from them after i bought the car as soon as all paperwork was done excuses started "we had to order it from overseas" "it will arrive sometime next week" i was so busy with my school and work i kept going back and forth finally did not get anything. big mistake buying from these guys. SIMPLY ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW IS THIS IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF EXTRA CASH LAYING ARROUND AND INSTEAD OF BRAND NEW CAR YOU WANT TO BUY A USED ONE. I love my Jeep I purchased from this dealer. I had several mechanics check the car and they all gave a good bill of health. I would go back to buy another car from them any time. They took care of all my DMV paper work with no problems. I knew what I wanted and drove home the same day. I've had no problems with the car at all.

At first I was skeptical to go to this dealership because of the reviews from this but since it was close to my house I decided to check it out anyways. When I got to the dealership the guy was helpful and tried to accomodate me to the best of his abilities. Everyone was extremely friendly and it was a relaxed environment. They didn't try to pressure me into buying a car like some other places I have been to. To make a long story short, we bought the car and would def. buy from them again.
