Been dealing with O'Neil Nissan and Ed Ritchie for many years now. Purchased a new Rogue from Ed. As in prior purchases everyone at the dealership goes above and beyond to make purchasing a vehicle as pleasurable as it can be.

I purchased my truck today. The process began on Saturday as I was inquiring on a vehicle I saw online and as I live 3 hours from the dealership, Ed the Salesman fully prepared me for a smooth process and proactively sent me a personalized video on the vehicle. Upon arriving today, the dealership was the most nicely decorated and inviting dealership I’ve ever been in. From Ed, to Max, the used car manager, Tom, the finance manager to the General Manager, Bill who personally came over to introduce himself and chat! I could really feel that they were looking out for my best interest while attempting to make a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, I will consider going back to them for my next vehicle someday.

I had the pleasure of receiving such comforting support from Mr. Drew Pearlman.I had a tire blowout and had purchased the extra Service Warranty to cover it. I had my tire replaced at a dealership close to my home as it was convenient at the time .They would not accept the coverage that I had to cover the cost of the tire replacement and would only release my car after replacing the tire when I paid out of pocket. Drew Pearlman saw to it that I was compensated from Nissan’s main headquarters and I was then shortly there after reimbursed for the replacement of my tire.He was so understanding, knowledgeable and took charge of the situation and truly made me feel that he was in my corner so to speak!What started out as a very frustrating situation turned into quite a satisfying one!Mr. Pearlman is the General Manager at O’Neil Nissan.I highly recommend doing business with O’Neil Nissan of Warminster as he made me feel awesome because of how he backed me!Sheila K.
