Getting a battery replacement cost for our Insight from another dealership required us to bring the car in while another company's estimate seemed excessive. A phone call to Norm Reeves Huntington Beach parts department provided the information I needed. The estimate was very reasonable and the service was done efficiently, professionally and the staff were exceptional. I will return for future service at Norm Reeves Honda.
Absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter how niche the information, if I had a question, it was answered completely and to my satisfaction.
