Being an octogenarian I purchased a new 2022 Forrester at Evergreen in September 2022 mainly to assure reliable transportation living out in rural Maine. The sales people were very nice and attentive. But in January 2025 my garage kept low mileage (3000 + miles) Subaru would not start. Jason Williams assisted in getting Subaru road service to jump start the dead battery quickly. Within a few weeks the car wouldn't start again while setting in the garage again. This time Subaru road service carried it to Evergreen service Department. They charged the battery and said the problem is the lack of use and because of not driving it every day.

Once I entered the door I encountered very friendly and pleasant staff. They promptly set me up with Lucas, a very personable salesman. He easily explained the whole process of purchasing my new Subaru and readily answered any questions about the whole process. This was a very smooth transaction and I look forward to doing business with them again and having my car serviced there.

Hi, just wanted to update my previous review. Lou did call me and was able to get me the gift card that was promised. He also called again to find out if there was anything else that he could do. I understand the dealership was going thru a change in management. Evergreen Subaru has phenomenal prices that can not be beat anywhere. Barb wallace

This dealership does not honor the Subaru Maintenence agreements if purchased from another Subaru dealer When the agreement clearly states that the agreement is valid at ANY authorized Subaru Dealer.

Lack of knowledge in sales, poor trade in estimates, used vehicles are in dirty condition, watched a couple customers looking at a used Subaru was handed keys and a jump box to start the car well sale person stayed indoors, if you want customer service go to a better dealership this place is a joke.
