Don’t trust this dealership, Jason in the finance department when it comes to Don a refund of your money. He wants to play around and take his sweet time doing it and then they want to get kicked off when you ask him where the refund money is a tell you not to call .Don’t trust this dealership Jason in the finance department when it comes to Don a refund of your money he wants to play around and take his sweet time doing it and then they want to get kicked off when you ask them where your refund money is and tell you not to call him no more I canceled the extended warranty on December 21 of 2023. He gust set on the paperwork. Until January 10 of 2024 then he sent it to the warranty company. The warranty company issued them a check for my refund on January 16. I called him today about it. He made a sarcastic comment. Don’t call me no more and hasn’t refunded my money yet of an a little over 2400 and 1 I still haven’t received it yet. Has it been sent to me or the bank and they were supposed to send it directly to my bank account like I said do not trust these people they like you left and right

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I bought my truck on July 9th. I couldn't test drive it because both batteries were dead. It only has 48000 miles on it so after they replaced the batteries I figured it would be fine so I drove it off the lot. Over the next few weeks I noticed my brakes squealing so I made an appointment to get those checked out among some other lights that had came on (advance trak and ABS). My front tires were also wearing uneven so I wanted them to rotate and align those as well. I booked a service online. They called me and said they couldn't get me in for another week and a half. I said that was fine because I understand there is a lot of demand for services right now. I took it in on August 3rd. They had it for two days. Changed front brake pads and rotors. They said they aligned my tires but did not rotate them or fix the advance trak. They said nothing was wrong with the advance trak but the light came on every time I turned my truck on and wouldn't go away but I said whatever they know better than me. I didn't expect them to do it for free even though I had just bought it less than a month prior. On August 23rd I was on my way home from picking my son up from the babysitter. I smelled brakes and my front end was pulling to the right. I slowed down to about 35mph when my tire broke off behind the rotor (see photos). I skid to a stop. Waited for a tow and towed it back to the dealership. Next day I went in and made sure they had the keys since it was dropped off at 11pm. They said they had everything they needed and would let me know what needed replaced. I waited for two days and called on the 25th. They said they still hadn't looked at it and would hope to see it over the next few days. I told myself to exercise some patience and let them call me when they got the chance. I got a call from Bob Chapman on Monday August 30th saying they wouldn't be able to get to my truck until atleast OCTOBER. While I understand there is a high demand and a limited supply of skilled labor I don't understand how you can do that to someone that just bought a vehicle at your dealership not even 60 days prior. And to top it.off they were the last and only ones to take the tires off the vehicle and work on the brakes. The gentleman I spoke to told me he was calling me to let me know it might not be a bad idea to take it elsewhere since my truck is lifted and has many custom things on it. So now I've wasted another week without a vehicle (my job does require a truck) and it sounds like I will make my first three truck payments without being able to actually drive the thing. I will also have to pay for another tow if I can find someone that can work it before October

Managed to find the truck I wanted with much more than I could’ve ever expected in a time with absolutely zero inventory in today’s market. Jason Beeney managed to start the processes before he went on vacation. He called multiple Times while on his vacation to make sure Chapman Ford was taking care of the deal and managed to get another sales person to finish up the sale. Outstanding customer service on HIS OWN TIME. Don Plumadore was the closing sales person making sure the price met my needs and that the vehicle was fueled and cleaned up. Great customer service start to finish especially for jumping into the sale halfway! Finishing up this buying experience was Jason Burris who not only made sure I had the best deal possible But this was the fastest buying process I’ve ever had in my life. He truly put the customer first, and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone there or make the hour and a half drive there myself for another vehicle in the future. 12/10

Got YELLED at on the phone. Blamed the parts that I had put on. They kept the paperwork that would explain all the work that was done. Attitude only changed when I told them that I had service coverage that I had gotten there when I bought the car from them. But car is fixed, so far. I left there feeling that they thought I was stupid, and the only opinion that was factual was theirs.

Service dept. is not recommended. I have been getting the works maintenance done on my truck. There supposed to rotate the tires although the have never crossed the tires over just front to back. Also after they okayed my battery it failed stranding my wife and kids. Battery looked so bad it was obvious they never looked at it and I would have had them replace it. I expected more from them and learned they can’t be trusted.

Great place to trade. No B. S. Great, honest folks. Very knowledgeable. No pressure. Just down home folks. Don and Jason were very helpful. Good guys!
