I haven't bought a new car in over 25 years. I was sticking to 1 to 2 year cars until this recent purchase of an Acura MDX. I have to say that it was a fantastic experience and the team we dealt with was exceptional. Don is an excellent salesman - no pressuring just offering up the facts that we needed to make our decision. Both me and my husband enjoyed working with him. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He, as well as the rest of the team with dealt (Ken and Erica) made the car buying experience (which is normally stressful) a very pleasant experience! My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new car. It has a nice "small town" feel to it, which is great. I've been to the other dealers in the Boston area and you are just a number there. They honestly don't care if they get your business or not in my experience. Madison, Ken, and Matty were all great! A very positive car-buying experience. The certified pre-owned MDX we bought from them is beautiful. There was a minor dent in the fender and Ken went above and beyond to get it repaired at no cost to us. They drove the car one and a half hours to deliver it to us. Great people. Great dealership!
