We purchased our brand new 2023 Hyundai Kona from Don Davis and could not be more pleased. Chris Cueva was extremely helpful guiding us through the process. He ran numbers on a few used vehicles for us and when it was all said and done the monthly payment was less for the brand new vehicle. We would not have come to this conclusion if he had not taken the time to run all the possible scenarios. We are grateful for his professionalism and patience.

My wife contacted the service department at Don David lake jackson after the battery they installed in her truck back in 2020 had failed asking if it was still under warranty. She was told the warranty had expired and it'd be a little over 500 dollars to replace it . After having the battery replaced elsewhere, she was informed the battery was still under warranty for another 6 months . Once again Don Davis service department was called and at this time they admitted the battery was still under warranty but couldn't do anything because the battery had already been removed from the truck . I would highly advise taking your vehicle elsewhere , it's obvious they lie to boost sales and once caught in their lies they quickly try to sweep them under the carpet . Crooks at best.
