I was working with Nate on a used vehicle. We came to an agreement on price and he said he was sending a payment link for the down payment and Docusign for the vehicle. After a few hours and not receiving anything I reached back out. At that time I was told they had sold it to someone else. I called the slimy Internet Sales Manager and he claimed we never had a deal. Lies, lies lies. Someone came in and they probably made an extra dollar. He then tied to sell me another truck!! typical used car salesman

Overall a very painless purchase. I have generally considered buying a new car as appealing as a root canal. Not this time. I contacted them in advance, laid out my parameters for the purchase, and told them which model I was interested in. The sales person had vehicles ready that met my expectations when I arrived. They also met the trade-in and finance necessities I had set. The sale came off without a hitch.
