Steve Woodruff was the salesperson who originally sold me my 2024 Chevy Traverse RS, and he was fantastic from the very beginning. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for its third oil change. During that visit, I mentioned to Blake Heinz that my sunroof wasn’t sealing properly and that my car sounded like a wind tunnel when driving on the highway. When my vehicle was ready, Blake explained that they were able to fix the issue temporarily, but that it wouldn’t be a permanent solution. They had already ordered the necessary part and would replace it as soon as it arrived. The service experience was absolutely flawless and incredibly accommodating. I work only 5–10 minutes down the road, and every time I dropped my vehicle off, Sherrod Gales personally drove me back to work and picked me up once my car was ready. On one occasion, my vehicle wasn’t going to be finished in time for me to get to work, so they arranged an overnight rental car without hesitation. Blake, Sherrod, and Steve are all truly top-notch employees who go above and beyond to make their customers feel appreciated and valued. This level of service is rare, and it’s exactly why I would continue to recommend this dealership.
