Right now, with the issues at JLR and the expiring EV rebates, finding a PHEV Range Rover was nearly impossible, so we decided to try out of State. We found on the Internet a car we liked at Landrover Flatirons, 1200 miles from where we live. Despite the worry of attempting such a large, long distance transaction, we decided it was this or nothing so we went for it. I have to say that both the dealership, and in particular the sales rep Mike Prasad, made the whole process including delivery of the vehicle, easy, painless and fast, really easier than any local vehicle transaction we've done. I had a great time buying my 2025 Range Rover Sport from this dealership! Mike, the sales associate, was a total rockstar. I showed up last-minute, and he still made time for me like it was no big deal. He walked me through financing vs. leasing with the patience of a saint, breaking down all the pros and cons so I actually understood what I was getting into.
Greg, the GM, also jumped in with some great advice. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to make the best choice for me, not just sell me a car. It felt more like chatting with a friend than buying a car.
And let’s not forget the dealership itself—talk about luxury! Between the coffee bar and the snacks, I was pretty much spoiled. Whether you’re there to buy or just getting a service, they’ve got you covered with some serious hospitality.
Overall, it was a fun, smooth, and downright enjoyable experience (how often can you say that about the car buying experience?). Highly recommend!
Michael was great to work with! I usually hate the car buying experience, but he helped make everything easy from the first conversation through finalizing the purchase and was able to answer any questions along the way. He's also very friendly and laid back, which helped put us at ease, and he never put any pressure to move forward along the way.
The dealership was great too. Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked through the door, even people we weren't directly working with. They made the entire process much quicker and simpler than other dealerships I've dealt with in the past.

Had a fantastic experience, was a spur of the moment purchase and Michael made it easy and pleasant. Have done cash deals at dealerships that took 2+ hours, got this deal done with financing in under 45 minutes. Highly recommend!
Mike was super friendly and helpful from the first time we met him in October to when we finally purchased our car in December. He was not pushy and did not try to oversell us. He listened to what we wanted and found us our car. He was also super efficient in getting us through the whole process. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a Land Rover!

Dealership was effective. Ideally they would have a tech onsite after 5 PM and on Saturdays. This seems like a no brainier. That caused delays. Otherwise, this was a great experience. Mike was key to the outcome.
