I scheduled my service through the MyChevrolet app. The appointment was quickly confirmed and my service was completed very timely with zero hassle. I also received a complimentary vacuum with the service of my auto.
This place is the worst!! There is no point of scheduling an appointment with them. I set an appointment a week in advance for 7 and was told my car would be done by 745 ish . Show up at 650 and wait get there and was told mu car wouldn't be done until after 8 and i couldnt wait because i had a dr apt to get 2 so i left. Spoke with Barry the manager (worthless) he didnt care and was like you should know how it is you've been coming here for a while so much for being a loyal customer this place is crap and will not be back
Everyone involved with our purchase was great . Matt Tucker was very patient with all our questions and concerns and really helped us through this purchased and helped us get a great deal on a great truck thanks to all
When we went to the dealership, we had an offer and our own financing for the vehicle we had chosen. The salesperson and the sales manager accepted both without any hassle and quickly wrote up and completed our sale. We are very pleased with our experience here-no hassles, no attempts to get us to use their in-house financing. Absolutely would shop here again!
I brought my car in for a door latch repair and they damaged the door they were working on and won't fix it. Bad service and no customer service skills in the whole service department. Same people you had from David Stanley and same attitude are still there apparently. Just changing the name doesn't improve the standards and make people care.
Drove into dealership with a problem with the front camera. After discussing the problem, I asked if they had a loaner for us since it would be at least the next day before they finished. They gave us a 2017 Malibu that was loaded and didn't smell like smoke. Replaced the camera and my car was ready by 10 am the next day.
