My service experience was seamless and easy. My car was ready on time and was pulled up right next to the door for an easy exit.
Lance is the best. Very knowledgeable and explains the issue in detail and helps in prioritizing if there are multiple services to be done on vehicle.
Had an issue with the car (2011 328i xdrive) while driving where it started vibrating upon pressing the gas pedal, and then when parked with engine running. Called my usual go to place , BMW of Shrewsbury and they promptly found me a spot on the service calendar for the same day (they are always busy). I spoke to Matt, my service manager, who adjusted details, heard the history and helped me with an Uber ride back. He had a clear update within 2 hours and explained what the fault they found, couple of other minor and medium things to keep an eye on, pointed out what was covered in SULEV warranty and and the need for immediate attention to a brakes issue, for which he found BMW sponsored value deal. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience as always and my car is smooth as ever.
I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. This service was complex and challenging. Matt was amazing to work with. His focus is truly on the customers needs and it shows. He and his team really put their best foot forward and handled my issue with professionalism and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
