Brandon is an awesome representative of what professionalism, respect and listening skills should be when taking care of customers. Very knowledgeable on products and was so calm and understanding when I was concerned (anxious) about my car. I am so impressed by this young man!! As someone who had worked in the sales and service industry for forty years I rarely have seen such an awesome work ethic Especially with the younger generations. Bravo Brendan!! Pedro helped me with my service appointment and was great the whole way through. Had a problem with my AC and he helped me understand that the extended warranty would likely cover the issue (which it did).

Attentive and accommodating to my needs, features I was looking for in a vehicle, and scheduling times with me to discuss details. Took initiative to contact me to came back to review features he noticed I was unsure of after making initial decision. So thankful Nathan put the extra effort in because he could have just moved forward with what we first discussed, but I am happier with my decision after reviewing the options when more cars became available to see at the dealership.
