First time buyer at this dealership. They were very helpful with my concerns. Kristy did and excellent job in helping us. Jerold was very patient with me as he explained all the details to me. Thank you, Kristy and Jerold.
I know this is not Dutch Miller's fault, but my 2023 Trailblazer was leaking antifreeze from the piston head after being purchased brand new and having only 69,000 miles on it. I called Dutch Miller to see if I had to take the vehicle to them (where I bought it) or if I could take it to any dealership. They said any dealership. That was incorrect. I spent $172 just for another Chevy dealership to tell me to take it to Dutch Miller. I then had to have the vehicle towed. Another $200. It took 2 weeks for Dutch Miller to tell me what they were going to do with my car. Then they told me that unless I could produce every receipt for every oil change/maintenance I had done the very expensive extended warranty that I purchased would not cover the repair. Maintenance had nothing to do with the issue my car had, but I was still able to get those receipts. I was then informed that it would take approximately 2 months to get my car back. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told that they didn't have any. I finally, after much haggling and outright begging, was given a loaner vehicle. I was told along the way that my "new car" wasn't really new even though it was only 2 1/2 years old and that is why I was having issues. I was also told that I should purchase another vehicle instead of keeping the one I have. I don't know who can, but I can't just go buy a car. I still owe a lot of payments on the one I have. I finally got my car back and it felt like I was riding on gravel. I had to have the tires rotated because the vehicle sat in one spot for so long. They charged me for that as well. Overall, the people at Dutch Miller are nice, but they could definitely do better in the customer service area. And don't talk to people like their issues are inconsequential. I have to have my vehicle to get to work and to take care of my special needs grandchild, but they acted like it was no big deal that they were taking their sweet time in getting the issue, that should not have been happening, fixed. I will keep this vehicle only until the extended warranty runs out because I no longer trust it. And when I trade it in I will not purchase another Chevrolet.
It took over 5 hrs to put four tires on my vehicle and align the tires. Plus, the inside of my vehicle was dirty when it was returned. On a previous occasion when I had tire monitors changed. The vehicle was returned without all of the lug nuts on the two of the tires. I like the manager and service staff but the workmanship sometimes leaves a lot to desire.
Perfect transaction! They treat you like family. I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy without a hassle.

Had a oil change on 1/5/24 and they didn't tighten the oil plug so all of my cars oil came out and the check engine light came on and the oil light came on . When the car was towed to a different location they said no oil was in the vehicle and no plug .
