They tell me I need service done on things that aren't wrong. I have a lease that I've had for 2 years. I was fooled into getting 2 new tires, and told the cabin and air filters need replacing after 6,000 miles. I never had these issues with my last lease from Sellers. I will not be leasing from them again, even though I like my outback.
Sellers Subaru was great but it was sold to the new fox Subaru changed a lot of things now being they used to give you a free loaner but now they charge you for one and now they charge you for using your credit card. This is just bad business.
I could not be more pleased with the service I received. This is my 5th Outback and I would not want to drive any other type of vehicle. I am especially grateful to Mel (Melissa) Nowak for her exceptional kindness and professionalism at a time I most needed the help. My husband was in Hospice care at Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak and I needed service done on my vehicle. Mel arranged to have me dropped off and the vehicle delivered back to the hospital which allowed me to spend more time with David. She did this without me asking for any favors. She is a true asset to the Subaru Service Dept. and I consider her my friend.
Got a letter from Subaru for an recall about harness issue. Proposed time was about 45 min. I arrived at the dealership and talked with the service adviser Jacob Carr that my time schedule is pretty tight this day because off some meetings. He was totally friendly, told me he will try to finish the car right on time. Only 40 min later he picked me up in the waiting are and everything was done! Car was clean, multi point inspection done and the issue with the harness was fixed! Perfect service!
These guys really have gotten it right. My experience with them is that do what they say, and what they say is reasonable. I'm satisfied.
