I was having an issue with my air conditioning unit in my 2020 Genesis G80 and Devon Richardson, service advisor, at Greenway Hyundai Genesis Orlando immediately log me in and prepared my vehicle to service. Advisor Richardson was courteous, professional and ensured me he would take of my concerns and that the service tech team would assess the issue immediately. Devon informed me to save the phone number for Greenway Hyundai Genesis Orlando into my contacts-it goes directly to my cell phone. Devon Richardson said I could Text or call anytime if you need anything! I truly appreciate the service and attention that Advisor Devon and the service staff provided and they made me feel like a valued customer and welcomed.

Everything was great up until I received the car, but when I got home... I noticed on the dashboard and in the MyHyundai app that it still says I need to get it serviced.
