What Others Say

Very timely & efficient & associate was courteous . Premises were tidy. Would like a muffin however with coffee

The service was quick the service man was very knowledgeable and friendly and they were very upfront with everything that it was gonna be and they also gave me a loaner car for the day which was very nice.

Will most likely start changing my own oil. Prices have increased too much. Service was good beside not be called when my car was ready.

Jason was the best, he helped me as much as possible with such short time frame, I couldn't recommend any one else more than him when your buying leasing or in my case buying my lease out.

Quick appointment availability. Great service. Answered all questions. Mike assisted with contract issues purchased at different dealer

I had a bad experience with this dealer from the day I bought the car. First they lost the title to the vehicle I traded in. Now 6 months later, I had a defective rear caliper. The dealer had my vehicle for 12 days until it was fixed. Now I’m having the same issue on the other rear caliper. When I brought it in again I was told all the techs went home and that it was normal rusting. They said that if they did look at it I’d have to pay a diagnostic fee of $189 and they’d just tell me the same thing. The car is 6 months old. I bought it with 100 miles on it. There shouldn’t be rust on the calipers and everything should be covered under my warranty. To not even have it put on a light to be looked at is so wrong. Save your time, money and sanity and please go to another dealer. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. Luckily I work for consumer affairs and will be filing a report.
