Had a great experience with Ken and the dealership. It was a smooth purchase, and Ken was very helpful making sure I knew all the details on the car.
Jonny Hartz was the service advisor who helped me tonight, and he was awesome. He really took the time to listen to what was going on with my car and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He went over all my options without rushing me and made sure I felt comfortable with whatever decision I made. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers — it wasn’t just a quick in-and-out interaction. He definitely made the whole experience way less stressful and is a huge asset to the team
