Alex was professional, courtesy, with strong people skills, and he is very transparent. Alex is a great listener and willing to say, “I don’t know, but can find out”. A company is only as good as their employees. Employees are your biggest asset. Alex makes Pat Lobb a great company. I would highly recommend Alex and Pat Lobb.

This is my first experience with Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney and I enjoyed their great service and great staff.
My wife has a 2023 Sequoia and it was due for the 30K service and a brake replacement as part of a Toyota bulletin. Cannon put me on the list in the Summer of 2024 and called me a few weeks back and notified me that the parts came in. I remember him saying "This might take a year, just to let you know" and while it did take almost a year, he was prompt to call me when parts arrived. They performed the service, the recall, a few items I requested to be looked at and he assisted me with a loaner car. Vehicle was serviced and is great. Cannon provided excellent customer service as he always does. I am forever grateful to have an Ace in my pocket, for my service needs. I use Cannon exclusively, and you should too!
Miguel was amazing, great customer service! He helped me secure a new car and made sure i had everything i needed. He made the process quick and easy for me!
