Saw a 2010 Patriot on their lot. Lots of miles, over 100K.Thought it was strange this vehicle was there.Should have been on one of those "Midnight Auto Sales" lots. Looked at the maintenance records and thought I would chance it. They tried to low ball me on my Jeep trade. Offered a little over three K.After insisting more, they went up to 5K. They sold my Jeep for 10K or around there. It was listed for 10. I paid too much for the Patriot.I thought it was listed correctly but found out later, not so. The Dealer DOC Feee is a dollar short of $400.00. My first two car payments went to pay that off. The Patriot is a total junk vehicle. I have driven it just a few thousand miles and it is throwing codes like 4x4 and ABS and skid control, etc, gas cap. Now I am stuck with a junk that I owe 6K on. The 4x4 will not go into position when the codes decide to pop up. Fooled me once, you will never fool me again. Had one repair done under 30 day warranty.Code on dash. They determined it was the gas cap.The vehicle came with a attached gas cap line. They replaced it with a non attached gas cap,the kind you get at Walmart for 6 bucks. That alone sent a red flag to me about this situation.
I brought my truck in for service and everybody was great. They quoted me a price , did the work and they never came back and said I need this or I need that . Got my truck back and it didn't have any greasy hand marks anywhere., big plus.
Went to purchase a used truck from them but could not come to terms on trade in or actual truck price ! Total of three different trade in values offered for my vehicle !!!
This is my third truck I've bought from Langway. They make it so easy every time. They are not rude or pushy like some other dealers I've visited in the past. They showed me every component of the vehicle. The salesman even offered to set up my bluetooth for me. I will never go anywhere else. Two big thumbs up.
Almost a year since I purchased my new Buick (with trade) at Langway. Only positive things to say about the sales experience, even stayed late for me to receive the vehicle the same day so I didn't have to drive back from Albany the next day. No haggling needed, they made a very reasonable offer on the trade and didn't tack on much to the sticker like some area dealers. They were very helpful without hesitation regarding a post purchase financial item. We need more dealers like this in the area.
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy provided by Langway of Bennington. My wife and I contacted several dealers in search of a new truck, and we had been able to narrow our findings down to three dealers who had what we wanted on their lots. We went in on a Saturday afternoon and spent almost two hours with the salesman, Dom, finding and pricing our new vehicle. At no time did we feel any pressure and we were given a very reasonable offer. My wife and I agreed to the terms but, since we hadn't received our loan check from our credit union yet, we had to return a few days later to do all of the paperwork. When we returned to pick up our new truck, we actually had a very last minute change of heart and decided to go with a different model. They didn't even bat an eye. Although it must have been very annoying for them since they already had all of the paperwork ready for us to sign and the new truck all ready to drive away, they didn't show it at all. The salesman, the general manager, and the business manager were all very helpful and seemed to truly care about customer satisfaction and got us the truck that we wanted at a price better than what we could have hoped for. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and my wife and I both agree that this was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had.
