I recently gotten an oil change. The wait time was longer then normal but everything turned out great.
The service department was slow to get my truck finished for an oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation. However they were pleasant to deal with and the service advisor offered to take care of my next service due to the wait.
I would write the same thing as I wrote on the last review, that's all.
Prompt servicr.Cashier (who was relatively new about 6 months) was very helpful & determined to help is use our Lincoln rewards. Wasn't easy for her but she did not give up. Appreciate the help! Our car got serviced quickly and everyone was very nice
