Absolutely great when presenting and explaining a real GM (Cadillac) warranty, No third party crap here. We practically had the deal done upon my arrival and Kevin spent a good deal of time showing me every button and gizmo. Got the app all ready to go. I drove the Escalade over 500 miles home and it was perfect. I will also leave this here - not related to the dealership per se. GM Supercruise is the bomb! I think of the 7h drive home all interstate, my hands had to touch the wheel 5 minutes. Amazing how the lane change logic has been adopted.
