My wife took her car in for a routine maintenance appointment and asked if they could take a look at her door that was not working 400 dollars later and she was told that it was not under warranty so if you are a woman who doesn’t know much about cars you should steer clear of Kia of Puyallup it is run by thieves who will rip you off

I brought my car in to have the sunroof repaired. It was there for 2 weeks. I was only offered a loaner after one week and a bit of complaining. The car was returned to me with a cracked windshield, dents on the roof, grease stains on the interior and shoddy work on the exterior trim panels. I paid over $2000 for it. Highly disappointed in this place. I bought my car from them in 2018. Service was top notch back then. Not so now. Beware.

Andrew was my salesman. Very friendly. He looked at the list of my wants. I thought I knew what I wanted, but he helped me to get the car that covered everything, a different model. I love the one I got. He was professional, & knowledge about how to program the car. I am happy he was my salesman.
