The staff of lithia was fantastic. They went above and beyond making my truck was in and out. Can’t tell there was a dent at all!
I dropped My 2017 Ford Fusion off to have the Bumper Replaced and Rob was Awesome. From the 1st Call to Schedule til the day if picking up my Car. Rob kept me informed the Whole time.
Lithia has excellent customer service. They ordered my windshield in a timely manner. They service of replacing my windshield took a couple of hours. Thanks
H O R R I B L E. Mr. Brown never returned calls, they never finished the job. Our car was hit at the beginning of December, we had to go back 3 times and 7 months later (August) we were still waiting on a part. We called the Lithia corporate customer service people in Medford OR. They acted concerned, then stopped all communications. We finally just went somewhere else, got the part and had the car fixed. Unbelievable that these people are still in business. When we picked up the car for the final time, they didn't know where it was. Robert Brown is did not help us, the job was never finished.
Robert Brown is the rudest unprofessional manager I've ever come across. I'm not sure with Lithia keeps this man working when their company believes in transparent transaction. I've been lied to multiple times, I've not received any kind of update at all. Avoid this shop.
