What Others Say

He works hard to advocate for our offer. He provides insight on best buying options, features and financing. He's thorough and is very patient with consumers like me who wanted to know all the ins and outs of the 2024 Tucson hybrid that he sold to us. He's friendly and what we appreciated most is that if he was unsure of an answer to our question he would verify it with his manager. He knows how to beat his competition. If you are in the market for a car and want the absolute best price find Atif at Freysinger! He won't steer you wrong

I bought a new 2021 Hyundai Sonata from Freysinger in 2021. Less than 2 years later and less than 17,000 miles later, despite oil changes at their business every 3-6 months, the car is completely undriveable. They made a mistake during the last oil change and did not tighten the drain plug securely. A human error easily made, sure, but it caused the engine to lose all oil and seize while driving it on the highway. It destroyed the engine, the drive belt, the starter, and damaged other parts. Freysinger has refused responsibility arguing that someone must have slid under my vehicle while I was driving it on the interstate like Keanu Reeves in the movie Speed and unplugged the drain plug because it would be impossible for them to have done it and my car to still function for a short period after. They have destroyed a vehicle that I paid them almost $40,000 for less than 2 years after purchase. They refuse to take any responsibility and continue to gaslight me. Hyundai corporate USA and another Hyundai dealer have both investigated the issue and found Freysinger Hyundai maintenance team as the most likely cause of failure and yet still Freysinger refuses to accept any responsibility. It's now been 4.5 months since this occurred. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a $10,000 repair bill, months of agonizing stress, and continual car insurance payments on a vehicle that cannot even turn on while it sits on another Hyundai dealership's lot waiting for resolution. I cannot recommend enough purchasing from literally any other dealer than Freysinger!!

Great experience. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable people. Being an out of state driver, they took care of everything!

I leased my first Hyundai in New Jersey when I had worked at the dealership, and was nervous about going somewhere else after I moved. I started going to Freysinger Hyundai for my oil changes, and had always received great service. I had no need to worry when it came to leasing my new vehicle, either. The process was so easy, smooth, and absolutely pleasant. I got a great deal and love my new vehicle! Everything moved along quickly and all of the salespeople were polite, not pushy at all, and patient. I would definitely recommend going there for your next Hyundai!

I had a good experience and would buy there again. The salesman and other staff I met were friendly and helpful. The car looked great when I arrived to pick it up.

This is the third vehicle we've bought from Freysinger and it's all due to Sean Bender. He's the absolute picture of professionalism - a real straight shooter who really works with you on your needs. Anytime we're in the market for a vehicle we call Sean first.
