Always great customer service. Listened to my issues about my car and helped me get the issue solved.
Service and communication were good, however, my car issues were not resolved. I came in for routine maintenance, noise in the dashboard, and Apple CarPlay not working. The Service member helped me reconnect my Apple CarPlay, which was again not working by the time I left the dealership. I got the feeling they just really didn’t have time or want to deal with the noise in my dashboard.
I'm still working with him on a potential sale. Great customer service, helpful, not pushy and is honest
Received clear communication about what to expect. Waited in the customer lounge while service was completed. The estimated time for completion was accurate as well as estimated cost.
They were very patient with me, given the unusual circumstances, and they didn't try to bog me down with a ton of useless add-ons.
It was a quick drop off. Cole was very kind and prompt to explain things to me. I think the shuttle drivers were the absolute best! They were respectful, kind, and safe when driving!
