Drove all the way from southwestern NH to pick up our new/used Prius. Sales person Frankie greeted us when we walked in. We already knew we wanted the vehicle, so the paperwork went pretty quick and easy. Frankie was laid-back, easy-going and fun to talk to. Got the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Unfortunately, we couldn’t leave with it that day, but Heritage delivered it to us all the way down in New Hampshire a few days later! Great service! Car was delivered super clean and we’re very happy with it. This is the second Prius we have purchased from Heritage. The first Prius we bought from them is still running with almost 300,000 miles on it!! Good dealership, good people.

H-Team for the win again. I had the privilege of working with Frankie again for my recent purchase at Heritage Toyota. Frankie is thoughtful, organized, knowledgeable and helpful. But above all he listens. I was really shocked how fast this process went. Knowing what you want and need and having a person who simply wants to check those two boxes makes this process so much smoother and so much less stress. Vehicles are not cheap these days.
