Employees at service never heard of a funnel for adding oil after oil change. Engine shroud oil drip marks all over it , also front plastic over radiator area full of oil running marks never heard of towels to place items on. All this was clean when I bought the car and only have oil changed there.
John the Salesman was great! George the finance guy was also nice. They were accommodating to our needs. The negative was the condition of the vehicle we purchased… dog hair over the interior, spill marks on the console and seats, debris and dirt in the truck bed. Film on windows also. The detail shop or whoever preps the car for delivery needs to have a checklist or a post inspection to approve their work. We are happy with John but the condition of the vehicle was quite disappointing.
Bought a vehicle at Key Ford Hazleton. Sales associate Christian DeAngelo was absolutely wonderful! He was very personable and was focused on whatever I needed during the sale. Everyone there was polite, professional and made the experience relaxed and stress free. There was no pressure and I wasn't pushed toward any extras during the sale. It was like no other dealership I have been to and it was actually a pleasant experience! Thank you!

On a recent trip from Canada to the Gulf Coast, we experienced some mechanical problems with our truck. As it was a Friday afternoon, we knew that if we didn't get it fixed, we could be stuck for the weekend. Key Ford of Hazleton took care of us right away. They diagnosed and repaired the problem and had us back on the road in no time. Exceptional customer and highly recommend this dealership! Special thanks to Dominick for taking such great care of us!
I was Disappointment that Ford does not make the parts for the 2002 Thunderbird anymore. I do appreciate your honesty and trying to help me as much as I can. I’m trying on my own to get the parts so we can fix it.
