Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.
We purchased a maintenance program when we leased our Honda Ridgeline in 2021. We made an appointment for oil change last July and the morning of our appointment we got a call saying that they no longer would honor it . We went elsewhere for service and will not be buying or leasing there again.
Advised me of a 3% fee if I used a credit card. Was not notified until paying for service. Should of been advised of this fee at time of appointment. Also asked for quote for new tires and was told they no longer sell new tires unless ordered in advanced. Also found out I paid for a service that was unnecessary for a car with less than 40,000 miles. Definitely will be looking for a new service center. Also looking for a new Honda dealership for future purchases.
Polite, courteous and knowledgeable service center. Diagnosed the problem correctly in lightning fast time and we didn't break the bank trying to pay for the repairs. Wouldn't go anyplace else. Try to get this service anywhere else and you'd be wasting your time.
I bought a new Honda Passport from this dealership and my entire experience was fantastic. I highly recommend working with Robert Rew for your sales person! Great experience.
I bought my brand new CRV XL WITH TURBO, GREAT CARS GREAT SALESLADY SHELBY When i went in to finish paperwork with Matt, he sold me a detail package, This where it gets odd schedule my date and time, good to go. Came back on the date that was on my card, and the service manager said I was a day early, but we will get it in. My date was right i was flying out 6 am the following morning. I got a call later that afternoon that my car was done, went to pickup and it was so shocked at the absolutely horrible sight I saw, that I went and got the finance manager who sold me the detailing package. They sprayed sealant over the bugs on my front hood, the rims were not cleaned but had sealant over the dirt the sealant was put on the rest of Brand New CRV was not done right it has when in the show all the missed spots and swirls and to top it off the interior was done just as bad you can see where it was sprayed and just left to dry, The back one side seat was down when I dropped it off it was still down it was at this time I was being told that the seat material needed a little drying time, so I asked why is that still down when the others are up.they had a reason for the mistakes, it still concerned me that the detailer and the service manager both signed on the bottom line saying it had been check and was good to good I have called twice and sent one email to The dealer ship requesting some one get back to me and at least let me know when they will fix the mistakes, that the financial manger Matt came out and verified the problems ,just to contacted this is when the service will be done.
