We purchased our first Outback from Premier Subaru in 2001 right after 911. I have referred countless friends and relatives to Premier dealerships over the years and everyone has said they were treated promptly, quickly and courteously. All except for one have purchased subsequent vehicles from the Premier Group. The one that didn't relocated closer to another dealer and bought from them. In fact my brother will be puchasing a KIA after he retires later this year to replace the KIA he originally purchased from Premier KIA. You treat Premier right and they will treat you right, its that simple.

Overall an excellent experience working with Premier Subaru in Branford. I never once felt rushed, even when it was after closing. Working with Livio Reis and Parker Pearlstein was a pleasure. Livio was happy to answer any and all questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he was quick to get me to someone that could answer it. I felt that they gave me plenty of time and space during the process. Negotiations were very fair, I didn’t feel jerked around nor did I feel lowballed on my trade in. Overall great and smooth experience!
