They ripped me off big time. They get you in there and tell you one thing and deliver yoU a lemon vehicle and after they get your money they don't return your calls and could care less about doing the right thing

This was the WORST experience ever! They are so dishonest. We asked for a Carfax on the vehicle we were interested in, so the manager printed one out for us BUT wrote in a thick black marker over the info about the vehicle in a rude message to us. It turns out, it wasn't even the vehicle in question. The one we were looking at had 40K plus miles on it and the Carfax he printed out had 4K miles on it. Not only that, but they added a sunroof and other extras to make it look like it was worth more. They tried to take us for over $2,000 over the value of the Carfax value of the car. When we asked for a copy of the Carfax without the black marker message on it, they got furious at us and basically told us to leave. They raised their voices and said they were done with us. We were actually getting ready to sign the finance papers and had already given them a large check for down payment, so they handed the check back to us. Very shady business! I only gave them a one star rating because it wouldn't let me give a minus 5. Crooked as heck!!!

Came in to see a late model Cadillac Escalade. Their asking price was 5,000 over KBB and they walked away from the deal when we offered a reasonable KBB number for it. The sales manager was also very rude and condescending. The salesman was polite and helpful but that did not help the situation.

The most amazing auto buying experience ever!!! The salesman Jay was super friendly and helpful during the entire car buying experience. The owner was also amazing as he ensured that the process of purchasing our new Optima was quick and painless. Truly the best car buying experience I've ever experienced. I came in to look at a very nice 2008 Mercedes C350. We worked with Thomas the Internet sales manager. He was Very gracious and polite. He spent several hours with us and got us exactly the deal that we were looking for. I am very happy with my new vehicle!

I stopped by over the weekend to look at a 2014 Dodge Challenger. I walked around the lot for an hour and nobody came to help me. Eventually somebody came out to give me a price, which was about $4k over KBB. Felt like a very shady place.
