Jake Sweeney Mazda is the best Service Department in Southwest Ohio! They had a very busy schedule and were able to squeeze my Mazda in for an oil change at the last minute. While I waited I was able enjoyed the amenities available in the lounge. The video from the Service Technician was great too!

The inspection was incredibly thorough, complete with a detailed breakdown of each service request and even a video walkthrough of the items that needed attention. That level of care made me realize it was time to pull the plug on my old car, so I decided to test drive a new one. Xavier, who helped me in the service center, made me feel valued the entire time. Even though my car was old, I was never treated like my business didn’t matter. Joe assisted me with the test drive, making sure I got behind the wheel of the specific car I wanted. He was kind, patient, and most importantly, never pushy. I came in with preconceived notions about dealerships and salespeople, but Joe and the Jake Sweeney team completely changed my perspective.
