What Others Say

We always liked the quality of Basils service department and returned after owning foreign vehicles.

Mike Bingenheimer was great in getting everything needed to service our Buick Envision. Very quick service

Joe basil goes above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want!

price hike on paper to show they gave a discount that never happened just so they show GM that a supplier's discount was given when I went in for a clearer explanation on where is this discount given a punch of nonsense, I'm calling GM to make sure they know

I never believed that after you buy a car from a dealer their done with you until we helped our Daughter buy a car from Basil Chevrolet on Transit Rd In Depew. After reading everything online about the vehicle we purchased we went in to make a deal on the car. It was suppose to come with a remote start as it was advertised in the description, because our Daughter has 3 kids and it helps to warm up the car so they stay warm. So she called back after getting home and talked to Pat the salesman. He said there was nothing they could do except charge her if she wanted on installed. Then I called Derrick Schiersing who told us when we bought the car if there was any problem to call him. For 3 days in a row I called and left a voicemail about the issue with no call back. Our Daughter finally got a whole of him 5 days later and said he was busy in the body shop and told her there was nothing they could do because it shouldn't of been in the advertisement and in small print there's a disclaimer that so.e vehicles don't have everything in the ad. To me then it should not be advertised that its in there. So thanks Derrick for proving once you drive the car off the lot the deal is done and your customer service part ends. Glad there's so much custermer service loyalty out there. So when your buying a car from here became full to read all including the small print...
