SALES DEPARTMENT: We LOVE our Lincoln Nautilus. We were greeted by Nelson Rivero. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not too pushy and gave us time to really look the car over before making a decision. Since we do not live in Gainesville, Nelson allowed us to text him back and forth with pictures of the vehicle we wanted to trade and worked with the general manager to give us a fair price. Many car buying experiences feel as if the dealership does not care, but this is not the case here. Russ (financal manager) went above and beyond to find all of the rebates in which we qualified and to efficiently complete the paperwork in a short amount of time.
