John Thames is highly recommended. He is more concerned about taking care of the customer than anything else. I’ve been having my car serviced by him for 11 years and will not take it anywhere else.
I have been buying my VW’s here since 2004 and would not consider going to any other dealer. My sales person Tuck is awesome and John Thames my service manager always takes care of things when service is needed.
