Mr. Ezenagu and manager John provided expert information and guidance in our purchase of a 2025 Rav4 Prime. Toyota incentives and federal tax credits related to the purchase of EVs and PHVs have changed since we purchased our 2021 Prius Prime. We have been considering purchasing a Rav4 plug in for sometime. And were pleased that several were available for immediate purchase. The availability of the lease incentives from Toyota was an important factor in our final decision.
I was helped by Chris Ogene through Hermie Banagan to purchase my new Toyota RAV4 and was impressed with his customer service in helping me find the right car ai wanted.
