It was a very good experience for me to buy my car at Berlin City. I will attribute that mostly to my sales representative, Colin Kimball. The atmosphere felt very comfortable with everyone there but Colin was “above and beyond”. My first day looking for cars, I didn’t know what make/ model of car I wanted. Colin showed me a RAV4 and talked with me about different options. Of all the dealerships I went to, Colin stood out in my mind as the favorite salesperson that I met. He is just so easy to talk with. I never felt any pressure from him. He was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and patient as I kept changing my mind.
