The service advisor was great! That’s why I gave the 5 star rating. However, they wanted approx $750 for main battery and auxiliary battery plus $200 for just bringing it in. I decided to replace the batteries myself. Both batteries would cost me $450 and 20 minutes of my time. When I picked up my car the battery voltage for the main battery it was showing was right where it should be. Nothing wrong with the main battery. Purchased the auxiliary battery for $200, paid them their $200 and saved $500. I do not mind being told something may need to be replaced soon, but I will not tolerate anywhere that tells me something is bad when it’s not. Then to overcharge that much is crazy. Honestly would go a long way to repair the damage to the Shottenkirk name. I guess they are not interested in doing that. Again, the service advisor was great!! The tech….not so much!!

My experience was great. They helped me with all my questions and told me how long it would be. It was actually less time than they said overall I had a great experience.

Service was very good. Excellent follow up communication. Only downfall, there were not enough loaner cars.

The atmosphere was warm without pressure. The facility is outstanding and pristine. The 2 hour drive to get there was more than worth it with my old school expectations exceeded.
