I have bought 9 new vehicles over the years and Ram Granbury was by far the best Dealer experience I’ve ever had. All their employees were friendly, customer focused and highly trained. The atmosphere was warm without pressure. The facility is outstanding and pristine. The 2 hour drive to get there was more than worth it with my old school expectations exceeded.

The people who work at Shottenkirk are customer satisfaction specialists. Oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler were completed in the most timely fashion. I was offered water and coffee, while in the spacious and comfortable waiting room. There is also a nice seating area outside for those who need to stretch their legs and breathe fresh air. I will be returning to them for all oil changes in the future.

They were very polite smiling staff in a clean and tidy show building. The parking lot was well organized. The parking lot has handicapped parking spots.
