Excellent service and quick. I knew exact costs up front! It was a good experience.
We purchased our second ACURA from Spitzer in large part because of our previous experience with ACURA, Spitzer, their service department and Lane Ciminel. They have stood by their vehicle, their service is timely and professional. They are excellent at communicating with the customer, and following through on the service promised.
Little disappointed in the amount of time it took to check in and out. First time in 5 years that it took 45 minutes to process my intake and exit. Overall, happy as always with the service
