It’s close to home and customer service is okay at Service. I took my 2020 Ford Edge because my check engine light came on and I was covered under warranty but the service technician was unable to remove my catalytic converter to replace the 02 sensor and wanted me to pay $2,200 to replace. I said no and paid for the spark plugs and my warranty deductible and then ended up trading it in that day for a 2024 Ford Sport with 69 miles. I wasted $300 something dollars and I bet they didn’t replace the catalytic converter after it got sold. I would have kept my car but eventually I would need to purchase a catalytic converter to replace the 02 sensor. I had already replaced the transmission at 39,000 miles, vacuum assembly hoes, valve with only 69,000 miles.
Leif Johnson Manor has been my main Ford dealer for a while now, not only because of location, but they are kind and understanding of my needs. When I have had issues we worked through them. While they are not the only Ford dealer around, I am loyal to them as they are to me.
